Education System & life of a student in Bangladesh

       Education System,Bangladesh
We read many poverbs in childhood..Among them one was there EDUCATION is the backbone of a nation. Its indeed true but in a place like Bangladesh education system is now-a-days a fear to the students. Those who get the chance of getting educated don't always cut a good figure in the examination. As a result they suffer in the long run...everybody raise fingers at them. The students of Bangladesh know how tragic the condition is when they miss the GPA 5 or Golden A+ in public examiminations.
In Bangladesh, almost every parent dreams to get his/her child admitted to a public versity from where they can become further doctors, engineers and so on! In this country, GPA 5/Golden A+ and chance in a public versity/medical college/engineering institute determines  which catagory student are you!
Most children starts school at the age of 6 in Bangladesh. At the age of only 11 they have to give PEC(Primary Education Certificate),at 14 JSC(Juniour School Certificate),at 16 SSC(Secondary School Certificate)& at 18 HSC(Higher Secondary School Certificate). A child is officialy a citizen or adult at the age of 18. So according to above mentioned informations in a short span of 18 years a student has to give 4 public examinations under government. At schools they have the board books published by NCTB,but at college there are a lot of writers of different subjects writing the topics included in syllabus and in this case the books are approved by NCTB. And it is said time for preparing for HSC Exam is 2 years but in reality it is 1.5 year(approx.) . During this short time completing 13 subjects is not a piece of cake.Students rush to coachings, private tutors and colleges but hardly can complete the vast ocean of syllabus. At the end when the miss the GPA 5 or Golden A+ by an inch there comes the harsh behaviour of parents and relatives and it seals his/her fate!  Further if he /she doesn't get chance in public higher educational institutes HIS/HER LIFE BECOMES WORTHLESS. HE/SHE Is Considered GOOD FOR NOTHING.Very few students come out with flying colours in every stage of school and college life. Rest of them, their dreams, are often shuttered. The world becomes a bitter place for them. Hence, they commit suicide very often & leave the earth.
Actually whom should we blame? The education system? The parents? Or the students? All are more or less guilty. Parents always ask children to chase the dreams they (parents) cherished instead of asking them to chase their own desired goals. All students may not have the academic skills to the fullest but EVERYONE HAS POTENTIALITY. But due to the chains of Parents and education system their potentialities fade away with time. Some of you may tell that latent talents and studying both can continue side by side. Yes of course,it can but you never know which will be the support in your later life. Not everyone is a Shakib Al-Hassan(All-rounder). I just wanna tell that dear parents don't bury your childrens' dream to fullfill your unaccomplished goals. LET THEM GROW UP AS THEY ARE! They may make you proud with their potentialities and be recognized a bit differently standing against the crowd. A rose is the symbol of beauty. But it needs nourishment. And it is beautiful in its own form,we never cut its petals to shape it! Similarly children need Care,Love,Support. They are not to be blamed for missing the best result. There is a thing called fate! Marks or grades can't define a person. I won't make it lengthy by giving examples but obviously we know about Rabindranath Tagore/Albert Einstine.
Lastly to the students,Life Is a Flower,LET IT BE BLOOMED. Let out your hidden talents. Prove yourself to the world! It may not always be in academic field.
Dear parents, children are your future representitives. Rear them upi  way  so that they can always take pride in the way you brought them up. Forcing can't always show up positive effects! Sometimes  it maybe ngetive too!
Dear education system, please change! Its high time you did!

Love??? What is it?

Loving someone is  a special feeling...You care for them, feel them, wished that you had always been by your loved one's side! Many people in the world are leading a happy loved life....But me??? I'm so frustrated about it....I wish there was someone to truly love me ....care for me...hug me in his arms...But I have the fear of being rejected before even I have feelings for any guy.... My friends (girls) they say One day you'll find someone who'll appreciate you and love you seeing your inner beauty not your complexion or your structure.
Guess what I say: That Day! Will that ever come? I think no! My only fear is about my complexion or i guess my height?! Short girls are always neglected or rejected every where even though they've a heart! Only few of them find their true happiness and love....Naturally when I see my friends hanging out with their boyfriends...I feel so lonely! Fear ,frustration ,grief these are my daily life partners.... I hope someday I'll get rid of them ...I like to hope ....Optimistic feelings:My only power .....I just want:good results,DMC,  a bright career and a happy married life...That's All I want....May Allah grant all my wishes...(Ameen) :) ^_^
